11U Mosquito - 2025/2026 Season - Co-Ed & For players born in 2015 & 2016 (Grade 4 & 5)

Practices will be Tuesdays & Thursdays

Games will be Saturdays

Description:

• Base paths are set at 60 feet and pitchers throw from 46 feet.
• 11U (Mosquito) division is a fun transition to learning the skills to play real baseball including pitching, back catcher, hitting a pitched ball, stealing bases and backing up other positions.
• A regular baseball is used at this level.
• Pitch count rules are in effect to protect the young pitcher’s arms from injury.

Equipment Required:

• Baseball glove
• Batting helmet with double ear flaps and a chin strap or C-Flap (chin protector)
• Batting gloves
• Jock or jill
• Molded Cleats
• Bat that follows these guidelines:  Max 32 inch length, 2 3/4 inch max diameter, unlimited length/weight drop - Must have "USSSA 1.15 BPF (Bat Performance Factor)" stamp OR "USA" Stamp

Association Provides:

• Team jersey
• Team hat
• Baseball Pants, belt and socks

Seasonal Structure:

• Spring Season: April through June
• Summer Season: Runs June through July
• Fall Ball: September to November
• Pre Season Training: Optional indoor training (begins in January)
